Can't log into my website Compass Mobile Security

    I am changing companies for hosting. I went to log into Word Press and was unable to do so with one of my websites, Compass Mobile Security. I was able to lot into my other website Compass Security Solutions. I requested password reset and received an email, however the new password didn’t accept. So I tried it multiple times after that and haven’t received any other emails. Please assist so I can merge my account from one company hosting to another.

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    I would suggest contacting your web host to see if they can help you out on this.

    For general questions on self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
