  Help! I’m trying to log back in to my website dashboard but the login is not recognizing my username or my email and there is no customer service to call.

  Have you tried requesting for a new password? https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
  You need to make sure its the email address you used in signing up that you are requesting the password for
