Can't log into the wordpress

Used wordpress to make that, and used 000webhost.com for server.
Usually at the top of the page I can type in username and password to log onto the control panel for WP. But it’s gone, I can’t find a way to access the admin panels or anything. Is this a known issue? Is there an easy fix for this? Another thing is that some people can’t load the site, only get redirected to the webhost.
Hopefully someone can help clear things up,

self-hosted blogs do not have the grey admin bar unless you are logged into the blog. You have to log in via the URL http://site.com/wp-login.php

hi also having a log-in prob with http://www.mrsterileassembly.com/
Can get to the dashboard via another blog on the same username, but can’t access the mrsterile dashboard. It drops down from the menu at the top but when I click it, it wont open. Also unable to log into the dashboard via the site admin at the bottom the blog.
Any ideas appreciated.
