I’m the site owner trying to log into the dashboard. On the login page that’s the error which comes up. I appreciate the reply greatly.

Hi,
Unfortunately, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It’s using the open-source WordPress.org software and is hosted with siteground.com.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, therefore WordPress.com staff are unable to access files or data for sites that are hosted with another company.
