can't log into WordPress account

I’ve had an account with WordPress for over 2 years. Been inactive for last several months. When I tried to sign in, WP didn’t recognize my U/N or Password.
I’ve tried to reach customer service but can’t find a phone number anywhere on the site.
I’ve sent emails to support but no answer – several days.

We need to URL of the blog you are having trouble with beginning with http: to give you accurate help.

Correct, dufflaw.wordpress.com/ is new account b/c I couldn’t access any help from WP any other way (have to be logged in).
Original account which I’m trying to gain access to is:http://TheDuffeyLawFirm.com/whtepapers/
At least that is what I think it is.
It should be under “duffeylaw” username. But for whatever reason, that username doesn’t seem to be recognized by WordPress.
I get emails from WordPress almost every day to “moderate” blog, so somewhere my email seems to be in the system. yet When I put in email, WP doesn’t seem to recognize it.

The site http://theduffeylawfirm.com/ is hosted at GoDaddy. Try your GoDaddy password after making sure you are logging in there. Any issues there need to be taken up with them.

The whitepapers you refer to is a WordPress.ORG install of the WordPress software and is not related to WordPress.COM (here) – to log-in to to your law firm blog try

PS – you have an older version of WordPress.ORG running on your site – you should talk to your IT people about upgrading the software.
