Can’t log into wp-admin for our website

Log in is not accepting either authorized users’ log in credentials and when Admin attempts to request a new password and provide user ID/registered e-mail address, login screen displays a message ‘User response missing’ and does not issue the e-mail to reset the password.

The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The login credentials for all user accounts on that site are stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.
Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.
For more help with this, you can also ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums, though I recommend you try your hosting provider first.
