  Hi,
  I was hired from the owner of the website https://cafepeoples.no/, to edit it.
  But he does not have the WordPress login any longer, the email or password.
  Can you sent me manual how I can add a new user.

  Hi there:

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we don’t have any access to nor the ability to help with your request. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  According to Hosting Checker, it looks like the site is hosted with Domeneshop AS. Your client would need to contact them for help resetting their login information. Since they’re hosting the site, they also have access to the site files and database and are the only ones who can help with this.
