    You are not recognizing my user name-covacad
    I can’t log in. My old user name was cassiealvarez

    Please help. I don’t have the documentation you ask for on your website.

    If you need to reset your password, use the “lost your password” link on that same page.

    If you still have trouble, you need to reach out to your host Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you reset your login information and regain access to your site.
