Can't Login

    Hi. I have two factor authentication set up for my WordPress account: (email visible only to moderators and staff). (Note: I had to log in to WordPress using another account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) just to send you this message!)

    I recently factory reset my phone and so Google Authenticator on my phone no longer has the details of my WordPress account. I tried clicking the option on the WordPress login page to have an SMS text sent with a recovery code, but this has no effect.

    Please can you temporarily disable 2 Factor Authentication on my WordPress account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) so that I can log in.

    All fixed. I used the account recovery form. Then support gave me back access to my account. I disabled then re-enabled 2FA.
