can't login

    My hepatocutaneous.com WordPress blog hasn’t worked properly for several months now. I haven’t been able to load photos onto my posts since before October. I know that people have complained about it on the other side as well. I can login to my WP account with my email address, however when I go to update the jetpack to see if this will fix the problems, it tells me the username is wrong. I searched to find my username on my account, type that in and it still says username is wrong. Who can I speak to to correct these problems, please?

    I am having problems with my site as well. its awful. It tells me I need to update to jetpack 3.3 but I don’t have permission to do that. I struggle to get to the dashboard. I struggle to write a post, posts wont save, I struggle to edit.

    Its shockingly bad, and worse is nobody bothers to respond to messages I have written here :(
