can't login

  I can’t login to another wordpress account. When I type in the password for http://www.whirld.co.uk/wp-admin/ and use my password it’s doesn’t recognise it. When I try and reset the password, I don’t receive the confirmation link. What can I do to access my site?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
