Can’t Login

I can’t login to my wordpress site. The page just refreshes. When I click ‘Lost Your Password’ it says ‘Could not save password reset key to database.’
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
That could really be frustrating. Why not try logging in with your accounts email address with a wrong password and when the wrong password dialog pops up, you click on”Forgot Password” and see if it works.

As your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, please try contacting your hosting provider or posting your question in the support forum for self-hosted sites at:

You could also try Googling the error message to see a list of articles with possible solutions.

They meant WordPress.org, not WordPress.com.
There are 2 different versions of WordPress – .com (the hosted service) and .org (the software).

Okay. Why not try deleting one or two heavy files you currently have in your database. That could work.

Hi folks, I’d actually advise against deleting stuff in the database — let’s avoid recommending that here as it’s definitely not relevant to WordPress.com sites.
Instead, you can use these instructions from WordPress.org. There are several methods you can try:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_PasswordBut please get some support from your host with this to ensure you have backups and what not first.
