Can't Login

    I want to move my blog from my current site to a WordPress host site, but when I uploaded a new theme today, I logged off before I made sure there was a Meta widget available. I’ve always logged on via WordPress, but now since I can’t go thru my site, I can’t log in at all to do anything. It doesn’t recognized what I thought was my username and password and I have no idea how to get back into the site. Any ideas?
