Can't login account (verification code)

Hi, I can’t login my account because I accidentally deleted the google authenticator app on my phone and now I can’t generate verification code. Please help me..
and i can’t login without the verification code, so i crate another one to post this problem.The blog I need help with is

so can you send me the backup authentication code again ! or just disable it because i cant access to the blog since i change the mobile
