cant login after being used for 14 years

  I set this up for a community wildlife area in 2011 and they have been using it ever since with a username and password. They for some reason can’t log in but i can see what email we would of used to set it up with to reset the password and we dont have any of the ctriteria for the account recovery. IS there any way of seeing which email is linked with the username so i can them back into it?
