Can't login after upgrade

I upgraded to the latest WP version, and now I get the following message when I try to login:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Custom_Image_Header in /home/content/l/a/r/larrykahn22/html/wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 16
When I delete my theme via FTP the problem goes away, and when I reinstall the theme (from a fresh download off the theme’s site), the problem reappears. Any ideas for a fix that can help me keep my much-loved theme?
