Cant login and cant reset password

Hi I cant login to my blog at http://www.grapplefighter.com When I try to reset the password, I get the link in my email and when I click on it, a new page opens that states “sorry, that key does not appear to be valid” I have looked through a bunch of blogs and have seen how to fix it for wordpress.org through the phpadmin but not for wordpress.com. If it is the same fix, please tell me how to get to phpadmin, as I am not that computer savvy.
