Can’t login anymore

I moved my domain from FutureQuest to WIX. I had built my site in WordPress and thought I could still access it through WP to take the content and move it to my new WIX website. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old WP site and I really need that content. How can I get in? Thanks!

I do not see any sites under your @aberton WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Thank you for your help! I have my passwords set up through Norton Safelock to autofill so I just don’t pay much attention anymore. From what I see here, I did use our email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) as a username along with Ann Berton. I do believe I started creating the site under aberton. It says I used (email visible only to moderators and staff) to login on November 25th this year. The URL has always been: http://www.thewellingtonpreschool.com I initially made the site using HostPond, a local hosting service that I think is now out of business. But it has been at FutureQuest since it went live.

If your site was built with the open-source WordPress software (available from WordPress.org) and hosted with another web host, then we at WordPress.com do not have access to any past site files or data.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. Your best bet would be to contact your former web host (FutureQuest) and ask them if they have a backup of the site or if you can regain access to your site files. If not too much time has passed, you may be able to work something out with them.
