can't login: changed url from http to https

  Howdy! I’m super frustrated…I wanted to make my log-in page secure, and first tried changing my site url (in settings/ general from my dashboard) from http to https…but that did not give me a secure login page. Then I changed my wordpress site URL to https and now I cannot log in. I get the “this page is not private. someone may be attempting to steal…blah blah” message . I can’t log in to change the settings back….can anyone help me? Thank you!

  Hi, you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  Ok, thank you galois. I am very confused, obviously. I thought I signed up for a self-hosting blog…I thought the .com was for that?

  Again, much thanks, Galois….but one more question, if I may! When I login to wordpress.com, I can see the site stats for my blog. If it were a totally seperate thing, (this wordpress,org)…how is this even possible????
