Cant login in WP Admin page
-
As you can tell by the title, I can not log into my WP admin page. I have been trying various FTP accounts, but to no avail. I have never had to do anything like this, so I don’t know when using filezille or one of those brands if I am doing them wrong. If anyone out there is capable of assisting me getting logged in, I would appreciate that.
I think I know exactly which plugin is the issue, but if i can’t get in via FTP, am I SOL? This is pretty pathetic that FTP is the only way in, there should always be access to your admin page, and I am heavily thinking of going a different route than wordpress in the future. What a joke.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No the blog is not the site it posted. Not sure why it just adds that for me. I don;t think it is necessary to even show the boards the site, as the site works fine, it is the admin side that is the issues.

The resolution:
IF YOU USE HOSTGATOR, READ BELOW:
Because I host through hostgator, I found that they have a file manager right through there. No one talks about that. So using an FTP was blocked by my host. So I went into the file manager, changed the name of the plugin that was the issue, problem solved.

I don’t know what an FTP or SOL are, but I can’t login either. When I enter the username to login, it says that it doesn’t exist! Because WordPress provides no way to get any help unless you login, I am using a different WordPress account to contact you because this is URGENT!
I manage an NBA halftime performer, including his website, amazingsladek.com. With WNBA Playoffs coming up & the NBA season about to begin, this is our busiest time of year.
I was in the middle of adding testimonials to one of the pages when I lost my internet connection for a second. When it came back on, The page was entirely in HTML. I thought it might be because Fusion Builder needed an update, but when I tried to activate it I kept getting:
“Warning: require_once(/home1/amazipd4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/helpers.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/amazipd4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/fusion-builder.php on line 395Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home1/amazipd4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/helpers.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php70/lib/php’) in /home1/amazipd4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/fusion-builder.php on line 395”
I checked the other pages & not only was all the text in HTML, but all the photos & videos were gone! I tried to restore a previous version & my developer did what he could, but all of my formatting was gone. I called Bluehost & they restored it with a backup.
HOWEVER, when I went to update the plugin, I still got the error. I also got it when I hit the edit button on my page. Bluehost said to contact WordPress. I figured that I would try to log off the computer for a bit & then log back in again, but, as I mentioned, when I enter the username, it says that it doesn’t exist. I checked Sladek’s email account & he has received several recent emails from WordPress, including this one from 15 hours ago:
