Can’t login into my wordpress admin page

  Hi – i cannot login to my wordpress admin page. Every time I go there, it shows me a message that says, ‘No Update Required! Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!’. Then if I try to move beyond this screen, it takes me to my website, NOT the admin page.
