  I would recommend resetting your password in case you are experiencing issues with login.

  Also, I noticed that your website is not hosted on WordPress.com and it is built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called as WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies so we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere.

  Also, just to note this is a self-hosted WordPress site, so our support would be limited in this instance.
