Can’t login into WP account after trying to point to new domain name

    Hi, on behalf of my client I was trying to point her current website domain to her new URL name. In the WP dashboard I went to settings/general and changed the WP & site address URLs from the old domain name to the new domain name and clicked saved. It took ages to save but then I got a message saying that ‘it took too long to respond’. Now I can’t log into the WP account at all. Desperately need some help please.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
