Can’t login – memory exhausted

I was trying to upload a plugin for my wordpress site & a now have a fatal error – memory exhausted message coming up. I can’t access the login page to fix anything from the admin & the website no longer loads either. Help please! I’ve looked at some of your help documents but I still can’t figure out how to fix it!

What is the url for the site you need help uploading a plugin for? Is the site in need a WordPress.com site with a business plan upgrade?
Also make sure you are on the right forum. There are two types of WordPress- WordPress.org and WordPress.com. These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, the WordPress.com forums (where you are posting now) will be unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue if your site is using the other WordPress.
WordPress.com (where you are now ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. You can learn more about that in the following support guide:
