Can’t login or get new password

    We received this message, via email, today:

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Revolution Slider…

    Tried to log into our account and am not able to.

    The password is not working, and when we try to reset it,
    we get a message that says the user name is incorrect.

    Also receive a message that says password reset is not available
    for this user.

    The recovery link sent in the email to us is also not working. How can we resolve
    this?
