Can’t login or upgrade

  Hi,
  I can’t login to my wordpress account.
  I haven’t changed my password or username, but keep getting ‘ERROR: The password you entered for the username admin is incorrect. Lost your password?’ When I click the ‘Lost your password?’ link, I don’t get any email to reset.
  I’m also not able to update here: https://wordpress.com/activity-log/www.mindfulbirthing.org
  I’m lost for what to do. Thank you for your help!
