Cant login to actual wordpress site, email not found

  I can login to the wordpress /wp-admin just fine with the admin email, but I can’t login to the actual wordpress website to view my subscriptions etc.

  How do I find the email that has the actual wordpress account if I have admin access to the /wp-admin?

  Hey there,

  I can login to the wordpress /wp-admin just fine with the admin email, but I can’t login to the actual wordpress website to view my subscriptions etc.

  Any accounts with our managed hosting services will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. So it’s possible for /wp-admin to work, when the same login won’t work here at all unless you make that account.

  Can you clarify what subscriptions you’re referring to?
