Can’t login to admin dashboard

Hello, I screwed up my site really bad today, so I decided to install it fresh to my site
I deleted the databases in mysql, and reinstall it but I got this
‘Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.’
I made sure my cookies are all deleted and enable it spesifically for my site, I’ve read all forums but I think it’s because I mess something up in my database
Here’s what I did wrong and what I tried to solve
1. I created subdomain and move my root domain to subdomain (then I got something really wrong and can’t revert it because I don’t have backup)
2. So I deleted my subdomain and use plugin to be able to access my root domain (without redirecting it to anywhere else)
3. I edited wp-config.php a lot (because of many tutorials)
4. I deleted old database and created a new one
5. I run installation fresh
6. I clear all cache and cookies
7. I tried different browsers
8. I tried to edit wp-config.php again to allow cookies
9. I allow cookies spesifically for my site
10. I tried to install from cpanel (but it’s denied, because i dont want to delete my domain)Yet I cant log in to my dashboard till now, it’s so stressful please help me

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. The
theplatoonaccount you’re using to post here only owns one site, https://theplatoon.wordpress.com/https://laguittiereblog.wordpress.com/ belongs to a completely different account. You need to log out, and log back in with the correct account to access that site.
