Can’t login to another wordpress account

  Hello, I have another wordpress account that I would like to transfer blogs from, but I am unable to log-in. When I tried to register for a new account it told me the email was already in use, but when I try to log-in with that email it won’t send a recovery email nor will it allow me to login with the password I used and tells me to double check that the email is valid.

  So it won’t let me sign up with that email because it’s already in use, but it also won’t recognize the account attached to that email nor send any recovery emails through. Where do I go from here? Thanks!
