Cant login to back end of site

when i tried to login today it showed me an error ,’ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly’ . but then when i disable all Captcha plugins through file manager it gives me this error instead, ‘Server Error!!’. i have tried everything this is the 2nd time it is giving server error actually. I just rebuilt the site from a older version because i could not fix it before and now it is doing the same thing this is my last option i don’t know what else to do and really need help someone please help me.

– Check to see if you have an admin email with clues
– Ask your host to check error logs
– Since this happened with a plugin uninstallation, you might try to step backward if you can, then contact the plugin’s support
– Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
