cant login to cancel subscription

  Hi,

  Ive contacted wordpress before about this from another email, where this request was denied as I was coming from another email to the originating account. I was setting a business up with a partner when there was a dispute and we decided to part ways. Unfortunately he had the login credentials for this account and wouldn’t hand them over so I’ve been locked out of this account and have been paying for it for well over a year maybe 2. Could you please cancel the subscription and refund me the money for the unused subscription? You will be able to see this account hasn’t been used for a very long time.

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:
