Can’t login to clients site

  Conciergecomedy.com is a paid wordpress.com site and I have been added to a member of it as (email visible only to moderators and staff). For some reason I can’t login. I go to conciergecomedy.com/wp-admin and conciergecomedy.com/wp-login and it redirects me to the homepage. I go to wordpress.com and login and it doesn’t show the site, it only shows my unpaid site. How do I fix this and login to my clients site? She is paying you.

  Hi there! While I can see you on that site you will want to make sure you have been added or given a certain role (such as Admin, or Author etc) so you can access the site.

  I would suggest speaking with the user who added you and ensure you have been given sufficient privileges for what you need on the site.
