can't login to dashboard

  When I bring up the login page for the dashboard of appleorchardlakes.co.uk I get a screen telling me I have been hacked by Gantengers Crew.

  When I go to wordpress.com and try and look at my site it tells me that the site cannot be accessed, disconnect site.

  Should I disconnect the site? How do I fix this please?
