Cant login to domain dashboard :-(

    Going round in circles. Trying to find out why I cant access a domain registered through WordPress.com. I have been in and changed nameservers, etc,

    How can I get info on getting in?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    I do not see any upgrades under your @bairnsdalewebdesign WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that group4racing.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @bairnsdalewebdesign login.

    Thanks for great assistance but this is where I get blocked.

    I have been in and changed nameservers and changed the account details to get the account away from an unscrupulous web designer, who will not help the owner of the domain.

    I am acting on his behalf so do not have proof of anything, nor does the actual registrant company.

    So, no way I can get in :-). Obvioulsy system needs to be secure but what I want is:

    trigger an email to the owner of the domain name with account details.
    I can do this with other domain name registrars but not WordPress.com, I feel.

    No live support :-(

    Hi there,

    I’ve sent an email to the address associated with the other account. Check all your email accounts for that. If you receive it, you can use that email address to regain access to the WordPress.com account.

    But we cannot provide you with any details about, nor access to, the other account, without verification of ownership, and the only forms of verification we’ll accept are the ones listed on the Account Recovery page my colleague linked to above.
