Can’t login to leave a comment on a wordpress blog

  I’m trying to login to leave a comment on a blog. It uses Jetpack, I think. I have a wordpress account but when I try to login, it says ‘We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.’

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, are you already logged in to your WordPress.com account when attempting to leave a comment? Sometimes, when the WordPress.com site has a custom domain (mysite.com) rather than the free WordPress.com site address (mysite.wordpress.com), you might need to log in again and you can do that by clicking on the WordPress icon in the comment box. https://wordpress.com/support/comments/comment-on-a-post/
