Can’t login to mediahouse.ie/wp-admin

  Hi there, I own a domain name: http://www.mediahouse.ie
  Back in 2015, the website was created and handed over to me:

  Here’s the greeting email:

  Your new WordPress site has been successfully set up at:

  Front page

  You can log in to the administrator account with the following information:
  Username: ***
  Password: ***
  Log in here: http://mediahouse.ie/wp-login.php

  Unfortunately, I cannot log in anymore.
  I tried to click on password reminder, but none of my emails seems to be associated with the account:

  Please help me in retrieving access to the admin part of the website.

  Hi there,

  http://mediahouse.ie uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help in this regard since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
