Can´t login to my account

  Hello,

  I´ve just changed my password to my account and should be getting an email with an activating link, but I don´t get the email so I am not able to login. Anyone who can help me please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sometimes it may happen due to network or browser issues. Please refresh your email page, and visit this link to learn how to clear your browser’s cache. If the problem still persists, I will add a modlook tag to let the staff handle your query at their end. First, try this and let us know if it gets resolved.

  HI there,

  I’m not sure what you mean. There’s no activation link that’s sent out when you change your account password.

  You only need to activate your account when you first sign up, and your account was activated three years ago.

  The fact that you’re able to post here means you are already logged in. Or are you trying to access a different account?

  Thanks you for your Quick answer.

  I forgot to mention that it is a different account, that I am trying to access.

  This is the site, that I am trying to acces for my boss:

  I just changed the password and wanted to login with the new password, but then it says that I have got an e-mail with an activating link.. but my boss is not getting that e-mail, so I still can’t sign in.

  Okay, that site is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software, and has no connection at all with WordPress.com. The login details for that site is stored in the site database on your hosting provider’s servers, and we don’t have any access to it to help you regain access.
