Can’t login to my site

For some reason, when I log into my account, my wordpress site in not there. It says I have no sites, but the website is still up when I do a web search for it.

Correct account: Unknown -
This happened before in 2020 shortly after I created the site, but I have the charge on my credit card to prove that I purchased it. This is all very frustrating.

You had the same problem 11 months ago. That site is connected to another account of yours. Log out from current natalieosborne25 and log in again to the account owning that site.

Thank you. I did use my other account to check, but that didn’t work either. Both accounts say there are no wordpress sites attached.

It looks like you need to recover and account, which can be done via a transaction ID. If you have you made a purchase with WordPress.com, you can use a transaction ID to recover that.
A transaction ID can be found on the statement of a card used with WordPress.com. Once located, this can be used with this form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
