cant login to my site

  Im colaberating on wordpress account my uncle created and he has sent me the username ‘scottchefsimple’. when i try to login at chefsimple.ca/wp-admin it says the username is incorrect. please help

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  https://chefsimple.ca/ is not hosted here at WordPress.com but rather with Hostgator. You have an account here with that username, but it may be entirely different on a self-hosted WordPress site. I recommend contacting your Uncle to ensure he added you to the site correctly and have him follow these instructions:

  Hostgator may also be able to assist you in gaining access to the back end of your site:
