Can’t login to my site dashboard

    Hi. Please I can’t seem to be able to login to my dashboard. When I put reset password and put in my username, it says that a confirmation link has been sent to my email. I’m yet to receive an email. It has been half an hour, When I try to login using my email, it doesn’t recognize it. But when I use (email visible only to moderators and staff), it recognizes it. Is it possible that the confirmation link is being sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of my actual email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)? If so, what can I do to resolve this?
