Can’t login to my site using wordpress.com

  Current have a serious issue, whenever I try logging in to my self hosted site(edujandon.com) using wordpress.com or admin details it loads for a longtime without opening and then give and error saying

  This page isn’t workingedujandon.com is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  Please kindly assist

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
