  I can’t login to my website!

  Hi, http://kathassan.wordpress.com/ hasn’t been updated in three years. To confirm, is this the website you are referring to? If not, what is the URL of your website?

  Hi, thanks for responding!

  No, I have a website, Kathassan.com, which is made with WordPress. I can’t login and when I request to change the password, I get an email but when I go to reset the password, it just goes to a white screen :/

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
