Why is wordpress forcing me to change my password all of a sudden. My website is iamaaronriggins.com.

Your website is hosted with Choopa and not on WordPress.com. You are using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You could look in WordPress.org forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar.

Umm no, its currently hosted with D9 Hosting, but I’m in the process of transferring it over to wpx hosting. This isn’t making any sense.

Sorry for the confusion. The whois record showed me Choopa as the hoster for the website.

Hi there,
Regardless of exactly who the host it, it is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we have no control over the admin login for your site. The login details for that site are stored in the site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so if you’re unable to log in, that’s where you need to go to fix it.
