can't login to my wordpress account

  From Siteground, I click on ‘Go to Admin Panel’ which takes me to a wordpress login:
  https://saveashtrees.info/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsaveashtrees.info%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

  At this login, none of my email’s, backup emails, or usernames are recognized.

  I am able to login into wordpress when I go to wordpress.com and it says my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and username is daltonkreiss.

  For whatever reason, it won’t recognize these user names when trying to reach my dashboard from my newly created domain saveashtrees.info

  Please advise. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  I checked both the sites you mentioned. These are not hosted on WordPress.com, your domains 23startups.com and saveashtrees.info point to Siteground. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.

  You can’t access dashboards of these two sites from WordPress.com account (daltonkreiss).
