Cant login to my wordpress blog-Please Help

  I was making some changes to my blog that I have at “www.stopforeclosuredenver.com/blog”. In an attempt to figure out how to make the blog title link to “www.stopforeclosuredenver.com” I deleted the “/blog” from the WordPress Address (URL) in the general settings and now my blog is all messed up (no formatting , now its all text) and I cannot login to the blog any longer. When I go to http://www.stopforeclosuredenver.com/blog/wp-login.php it gives me a very generic login and then when I enter my login info I get directed to a file not found page. I use dreamweaver to maintain the site and have all the files stored on my computer locally as well as on the server. Please help me fix whatever I did.
