Can’t login to other account and website is down

Hello, I have a big problem. I have another account that I no longer have access and can not get into because i do not have access to that email . It has the domain and website for all of my content and i really need to get it or know why my website is down. The website is dayvfilms.com and its giving me an error when i go to it. Im not sure what to do to get into it or recover it
