Can't login to site

I’m trying to go to my site’s login page. But it doesn’t even come up. It just gives a couple lines of warning. Our website also has warnings written across the top, and some of my coworkers can’t even see the pages; it just has warning codes.
We are a non-profit, and the website is the main way people donate to us, which is really vital this time of year! Please respond!

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?

thecoffeeoasis.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by GoDaddy.com, not by wordpress.COM.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

It’s not even letting me login through wordpress.org. It’s saying I don’t have an account with them. How can I get support when it won’t even acknowledge my username or email? And because it won’t acknowledge my email or username, it won’t let me reset the password.
I’ve been using the site and login for the past year and a half. It hasn’t changed or been reset. And I was able to login a few days ago to edit pages.
Again, thank you for your help.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, and many people get confused about the two. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account and if you have lost an account password click Lost password?

I don’t think I am confused about the login link. We have a wordpress.org site hosted through GoDaddy. I am going to the login for wordpress.org, as I have throughout the life of the site. It’s just not acknowledging that I have an account.

I tried that one too, to see if it would let me change the password. It just says “invalid username or email.”
Is there some way my account could have accidentally got erased?

But if WordPress.org isn’t even acknowledging that I have an account for my site, I’m kinda stuck, because I can’t login to get support from them. So if the WordPress.com staff could help, that would be wonderful.

We do not have any access to your self hosted WordPress site (thecoffeeoasis.com). Unfortunately, we aren’t able to help you troubleshoot this issue much because of that.
You should be able to login to this site by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of the site URL.
For further help, you will need to contact your host (Go Daddy), or post to the WordPress.org support forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/

I understand you don’t have access to the site or WordPress.org.
But I can’t login through the /wp-admin/, it just gives me a warning about how it can’t modify header information, and then there’s some error code. And I can’t login through WordPress.org because it isn’t acknowledging that I have an account. I can’t fix anything or access support because it won’t let me login!
I feel like this is on WordPress.org’s end, but how can I access support if my account isn’t even being acknowledged, and there’s no phone number for me to call?

My fingers are crossed for you. This is a crazymaking situation for sure. Not being able to contact WordPress.ORG moderators for assistance with this is mind blowing.
