Can’t login to the Dashboard

After typing in my credentials, Username and password, (like I’ve been doing for the past year) The fields go blank and I’m stuck on the same page. Tried changing the password. It worked and got me in the dashboard but then I was disconnected. Couldn’t login again. Changed password again, got in and got bumped off in less than 3 minutes. Now I can’t login or reset my password.

I’ve tried to rename my .htaccess file thru ftp…result—no luck. Also tried renaming the latest updated plugins….didn’t work. Tried renaming plugin folder —got error message …
this site is experiencing technical difficulties
…..Cleaned cache and cookies in browser…no luck.
Stuck.
