Can't login to website, not wordpress hosted, after wordpress update
-
After an update from WordPress, I can’t login to my website anymore. Already tried to restore a back up in my database, but nothing seems to help. I keep getting a 500 error when I go to our login page.
I’ve already contacted our hosting party, they could find the error:
[Tue Dec 06 16:17:05 2016] [error] [client 87.215.29.142] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_get() in /home/pietermo/domains/beterzeilen.nl/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/option.php on line 1117But are not able to help us out. Hope you guys can help us to login again so we can make a good start of this year with our website.

Hi –
It sounds like you have a self hosted WordPress.org site. What is the site URL?
Self hosted sites can get help at https://wordpress.org/support/

Yeah got a self hosted site, it’s beterzeilen.nl.
Thought I had to be in this forum, but I will check the forum on wordpress.org/support! -
No worries. I’m not able to help because I do not have any access to your self hosted site. Best wishes :)
