Cant login to wordpress

    Unfortunately i lost my password in order to log into the wordpress. When I hit ‘request new password after I enter the username it says that: ‘There is no account with that username or email address’ Can someone help me how to log into to the wordpress? Thank you

    Hi there!

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    It looks like you’re trying to reset the password here at WordPress.com – since WordPress.com is not your hosting provider, any attempts to reset your password here would have zero effect on your website.

    Your site’s login page can be found here and there normally is a link for “lost your password” which you can use to reset it: https://www.beachaddicted.com/wp-login.php

    However, when I tried to access it, I was blocked by WordFence security – if you see the same thing when you try to access the login page, you’ll need to get your hosting provider’s help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem. Your site is using Cloudflare nameservers, so I don’t have any information about who your host is, but you should have that information in your records. You should ask them for help in temporarily disabling the WordFence plugin so you can access and reset your password from the wp-login.php page.
